We spend most of our lives pushing to become, striving to achieve, hoping for the next thing. What if YOU were the next thing? What if it were possible to lean back into your innate knowing, your innate worth, and lead from that place. How would that change your lived experience?
Instead of coping with the fires and running after the latest task and goal, you could allow yourself to witness and be part of the solution .... without giving so much of yourself that you end up constantly running on fumes. Or even better - filling up on a vacation or retreat, getting home and diving back in only to deplete yourself, burnout, and start the cycle all over again.
